Pan De Coco



Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups of flour
  • 3/4 cups of warm water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup of soft brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
Filling
  • 1 cup of dried coconut flakes 
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
