- banana catsup
- ginger ale 8 ounces or 1 can
- brown sugar 1/2 cup
- sea salt 1 teaspoon
- freshly ground black, pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- bamboo skewers 12 to 14 pre- soak for 20 mins. before placing skewered meat
